A few weeks ago, I had the honor of co-hosting the Little Malaika International Boys & Girls Leadership and Multicultural Pageant at the DoubleTree Hotel in Silver Spring Maryland.

The event benefits the Autism Community of Africa and CERCACO, an orphanage in Côte d'Ivoire.

The pageant empowers children between the ages of 7 to 11 to become leaders, encourage them to make a difference in their communities and represent their cultural heritage!

I had a great time! Congratulations to the 2015 Prince Malaika Yves-Uriel Kamdem and Princess Karleen Yeboua! Check out the pictures

Happy Monday folks! Last Friday, right after my traffic report on FOX45, I headed to M&T Bank Stadium to cover the 6th Annual Lardarius Webb Charity Softball Game.  The two- hour live sports special aired on FOX45’s sister station CW Baltimore! Thousands of fans came to watch 40 Ravens in an offense vs. defense match benefiting the Boys & Girls Club Metro Baltimore. I had a blast as a sideline reporter interviewing some of my favorite players and interacting with viewers.  With so much going on in Baltimore recently,  It’s nice to see the Baltimore community come together to support a positive cause!
