Chardelle Moore popularly known as “Motivational Moore” is a multifaceted award-winning television anchor, international speaker, creative director and model!

 

Hailing from Grand Bay Dominica, the nature island of the Caribbean and raised in the greater Washington D.C. area, Chardelle has a unique gift of motivating people. A multitalented entertainer, she uses her talents to create empowering content on all platforms while impacting thousands in the process!

 

Currently, Chardelle is a television reporter, host and producer at FOX Baltimore. Additionally, she anchors BMORE Lifestyle, a daily talk show geared towards empowering women airing on FOX Baltimore’s sister station MYTV Baltimore! Covering the latest in fashion, beauty, personal development, celebrity interviews and cooking! She’s also the official host for the CW Baltimore.

 

The vibrant television personality and influencer has worked with major media giants including VH1, MTV, CBS, Verizon and OWN Network. She’s also starred in in television commercials for Colgate, Chevrolet, The Home Depot, Shoppers, BGE and Kaiser Permanente to name a few.  A national cover model, she is a former Miss Caribbean Metro USA where she served as a spokesperson for the Caribbean American community.

 

Chardelle has been captivating audiences since she was 7 years old. She got her on-camera start as her elementary school’s morning news anchor and later hosted a local children television show. After college, Chardelle began her career at BET and worked her way up through DC’s media market. Serving as a host on the CW Washington and anchor at KALI TV. She also spent some time at CBS Radio.

 

Outside of her work on-air, Chardelle tours the US and internationally as a highly sought after motivational speaker and spoken word artist! Blending inspirational speaking and performing arts to motivate audiences to unleash their gifts and become the best versions of themselves. From the White House, universities, conferences to countless community events. Taking her brand to new heights, she recently launched her signature public speaking workshops where she coaches businesses and entrepreneurs to command any stage with power and confidence!

 

Chardelle has received several awards for her professional and community work. Most recently, she was the recipient of the “2018 Humanitarian Award” presented by talk show host Tyra Hill.

 

Chardelle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a concentration in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Public Relations from Marymount University. During her time at the university, she held several leadership positions including co-founding the African Caribbean Student Association and a proud charter member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated. Chardelle was also the Cultural Arts and Lecture Chair where she hosted a live campus show. She received the Marymount University Senior Leadership Award for demonstrating excellence in her community outreach initiatives in the metropolitan area and inspiring other students to take her lead.
